Dear Mike & Laura. Just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you to you and all the SnowCrazy team in Sainte Foy for a fantastic week last week. Chalet Marigold was wonderful and the team there Elena, Steve, Claire & Steve (2) were fantastic. We were made to feel very relaxed and comfortable and the food cooked for us each day and Elena’s cakes were fabulous. The team were always on hand for any information or help that we needed and the ski safari days were excellent. We didn´t have the best start to our holiday with our flight being diverted, but we have to say a big thank you to you and all the team in Chalet Marigold for going out of your way and everything you did for us on that transfer day. A superb holiday and highly recommended.

Firstly thanks for a really good holiday---despite the accident it was still enjoyable. The staff being more mature and more dedicated than many chalets made a difference –we have done more than 30 chalet holidays. The ski guiding by Steve(s) was outstanding.

Dear Mike & Laura, Just a quick note to thank you and all the SnowCrazy team in Sainte Foy for a fantastic week last week. Chalet Marigold is superb - wonderfully appointed, spacious, clean and warm. The welcome from the team there – Elena, Steve, Claire & Colin (sorry Steve 2) is as warm as the chalet. The guys and girls were always friendly and on hand to help with any issues that we had. The food was fantastic – Elena really is a great chef and, once again, our vegetarians were treated to thoughtful and tasty meals. The team in St Foy are a credit to your organisation and the “ethics and values” of your company. Thank the guys and girls again on our behalf for joining in the Timmy Tour fun – SnowCrazy winning the hat on 3 of the 6 nights shows the level on integration we all achieved and the laughs we shared. Take care both of you and enjoy the rest of the season.

We really did appreciate all the running around and pandering to our needs. The chalet was a delight, the staff, (particularly Elena) were great and Ste Foy is indeed a gem in the crown of the Haute Savoie region!

Tom and I had a great time in Ste. Foy last week. As with our holiday to La Rosiere last year, we really enjoyed the Snowcrazy experience! We were very pleasantly surprised by the Ste. Foy ski area. We hadn´t expected it to be as extensive as it was and really enjoyed all of the runs, which were quiet, long and scenic. This was topped off by great snow and beautiful weather - perfect! We also had a fantastic time on the Ski Safari days to Val d´Isere/Tignes and Les Arcs with Mike, so thank you again from us. The Chalet Hosts, Elena and Steve were lovely and looked after us very well; we just have to work off Elena´s afternoon cakes now!

Winter Season 2008-2009

Just a very short note to compliment the team that took care of us this week. Nothing more to say than they were outstanding. A true credit to any organisation and I had commented to Jackie on the flight home about the advantages of a more mature team in charge. They must be congratulated individually as they made our stay a most enjoyable trip. We have as a family not shared a chalet before, my only experience has been with the "boys." As you can well imagine, a family holiday is a truly different challenge! There was much chat around the table and on the slopes about your new propertry in Les Arcs and lets just say, that given our experience this week, should dates allow then I would hope to meet the team again in 2010. Our sincere regards, thanks and best wishes to Lorraine, Paul, Steve and Crazy John! The A Team. They must surely look forward to the end of season parties and the challenge of summer away from the beauty of Sainte Foy.

After such a fabulous week at Chalet Marigold, we´ve all taken quite a few days to get back to reality...! You may read that Sainte Foy is described as ´The Jewel in the Crown´ but the real gems are Paul, Lorraine, John and Steve!!! Please, please pass on our thanks to Team Marigold for making our stay so comfortable, fun and for thoroughly spoiling us! We were made so welcome..., we were made to feel as if the Chalet was our own and nothing was too much trouble. Our week could not have been better - a beautiful resort, great novice skiing as well as plenty more challenging pistes..., fantastic food and wine all week, discreet courteous service, spotless chalet, glorious sunshine, much needed hot tub and made some great new friends! We´ve certainly all come back very refreshed and looking much healthier with glowing suntans - long may it last! Thanks to everyone for helping to make our family holiday such a great success and we would never hesitate to recommend a Snowcrazy Chalet experience to all our friends and family! With very best wishes to you all!

Finally got round to dropping you an email to thank you for another wonderful holiday with Snowcrazy. I would like to re-iterate all the positive comments you have already received about your Team at Chalet Marigold. Loved the chalet, wonderful location, great snow conditions during our stay, which all attributed to a fantastic time. But it´s the team you have there that is the icing on the cake. Providing everyone with great food, good service, everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday.

I have been meaning to write to you every since our wonderful holiday in Ste Foy back in March. Obviously it has taken over a month for me to reconcile myself to The Real World... a World in which I have to make my own porridge in the morning - as well as make my own bed, where there is no cake for tea, where nobody lights a roaring log fire when the sun goes down and there is no sparkling glass of kir every evening before a fabulous 4-course, candle-lit dinner. This Real World also lacks metre-deep dumps of the finest powder snow, empty pistes and leisurely lunches on a sunny terrace with a fine view of the mountains - and it is far too busy and crowded. Please thank Lorraine for producing such well-planned and truly scrumptious dairy-free meals for me (I had a totally migraine-free week), Paul for his great hospitality, John for some of the best skiing days Alastair and I have had for many a year and Steve for all his behind-the-scenes hard work. They are a great team.

I just wanted to say a huge well done to the team there – Paul and Lorraine were the best hosts ever, Steve was caring organized and watchful to make sure everything went well – the strong silent type and John was great fun a super all rounder and great ski host. If you had them together as a team again – I would definitely recommend them to the world! And I would come back again for sure.

Thank you for such a great holiday - Paul, Lorraine, John and Steve were absolutely brilliant during the whole week - They managed to strike a perfect balance between genuine warmth and friendliness and outstanding service - it was a real honour to spend time with them at the chalet. On top of that, we were blessed with the best snowfall in years! The chalet was also so much more up and together compared to previous years, and that made a big difference.

Dear Mike and Laura, I wanted to drop you a mail to tell you what a great holiday we had last week. Paul and Lorraine did a fab job, they coped with Babs vegan diet fantastically - from the culinary point of view, easily the best holiday we have ever enjoyed. Thank you so much for finding out about the wine - the only time Babara has ever been able to enjoy wine with a meal on holiday. John did a great job too, hosting us around the mountains, really considerate - he took the time to check we were always OK. Overall a really great experience - we really hope to see you again next year.

Hello Laura and Mike, Just wanted to thank you for giving us all such a great stay at Marigold after New Year. We all had a brilliant week, really just as good as we hoped - place, chalet, food, weather, snow, crowds (lack of), my boots (loved them) etc etc. After waiting so long to ski, it lived up to my expectations and everyone gave it ´our best holiday ever´ rating. We would love to do it again so are saving up! Please pass on our thanks to Paul and Lorraine, Steve and John for fielding and fulfilling our queries and requests so willingly and efficiently and for everything they did to help us enjoy the week so much. And thanks to you for getting us there out of all the other places we might have ended up! Hope we will holiday with you again.

Dear Mike and Laura, My partner and I just spent a week in Ste Foy at the Chalet Marigold (28/12 to 04/01). Up to now we had always spent our holidays in hotels. However, after the hospitality of Lorraine and Paul in Marigold, I have become a great fan of the chalet holiday. The food and wine were fantastic and the accommodation was spotless. It seemed to us that there was nothing that Paul, Lorraine, John and Steve wouldn’t do to make our stay a memorable one. We loved the resort. Who would believe that you could get so many days great skiing from just four lifts. Anyway, thanks for one of the best ski holidays ever. You will hear from us again. Best,
