How to book...
| Step 1 |
Call us on 0845 260 2910 or email and we will tell you more about the chalets and the resorts and help you plan and organise your holiday. We will confirm availability and quote for your group and we can hold a chalet for you for 3 days whilst you decide to book.

| Step 2 |
Confirm your intention to book and we will email you confirmation and a Booking Form. NB: We will very soon be installing our *NEW* Online Booking System which will enable you to enter all your details and pay online. You will be able to book lift passes, equipment and ski school all in advance and from the comfort of your home or office.

| Step 3 |
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Step 4 |
Complete the Booking Form, double check all the details are correct. Sign it and post to:

Once we receive your Booking Form and deposit we will send you an Invoice (Receipt and Booking Confirmation) for your deposit and confirmation of the latest date on which your final balance is due (10 weeks prior to departure).

Discounts…yipee!
There are a number of discounts when you book direct with us available as follows…
- We offer GROUP DISCOUNTS FOR FULL CHALET BOOKINGS, EARLY BOOKING and BOOK NOW discounts. Please ask us for a quote.
- Family rooms offer 1 FREE CHILD place.
- £50 discount for CHILDREN UNDER 18 (these discounts are included in Exclusive Use quotes).
- INFANTS UNDER 2 are charged at ONLY £200 (to cover the cost of transfers, baby car seats, cots and bed linen etc, this only applies if your infant sleeps in a cot and shares your room).
A note about transfers...
To ensure our complimentary transfers are available, please book your arrival day flights to arrive in the afternoon (between 2pm and 5pm) and your departure day flights to depart early afternoon (between 1pm and 3pm) to/from either Chambery, Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva in that order of preference/distance from chalet. Minibuses on the day of arrival arrive at the airports no earlier than 1pm so if you book an early arrival you will have to wait. Minibuses on the day of departure will depart no later than 9.00am so if you book flight departing later than 2pm, you will have to wait at the airport. Complimentary transfers are based upon 8 sharing a minibus unless otherwise agreed, minibuses will be allocated to your group accordingly however when there are less than 8 in one minibus we may ask you to share with other guests going to the same resort and we will ensure any wait times will be kept to a minimum. Transfers from/to Bourg St Maurice (arrives 06.42 or 18.51, departs 09.50 or 22.00) for the train station are complimentary on arrival/departure days only (charges apply on other days). Early arrivals by train or self-drive only for an extra day´s skiing can be accommodated, please ask for further details (conditions apply). There is no extra discount for self-drive. Baby car seats and booster seats will be arranged for children and infants. Complimentary transfers are not available under any other conditions and it is the Group Leader´s responsibility that all your group members are aware of these conditions.
